"Excellent value. Yes, the stairwells can be steep and rooms smaller than some are used to. But they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Stayed in one of the single units in the basement w/shared bath, and never had an issue. No AC— if it got too warm, I could open a door to the courtyard. Many things are walkable from here, and plenty of access to public transit options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time I’m in town. "

"Convenient, walkable to main attractions. Bed was very comfy. Toiletries provided. Bath robe provided. Balcony with nice views. Clean Needed to ring the doorbell to be let into the hotel , occasions when there was no one on the desk so had to wait 10 minutes to enter But overall very happy with the hotel and would stay again "

"Nice Hotel. Close enough to partake in all the downtown fun but far enough not to have the noise. Staff at the front desk were lovely! The bus instructions sent out by the hotel were a life saver and saved so much money. Only downside was the construction outside the building which started at 7am. Would totally stay here again though!"

"Walkable distance from the Rijksmuseum, got most of the way from Amsterdam Centraal by tram. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night on Thursday in late July. No airconditioning but it was fine. Sheets were provided which was good. Shower and facilities worked fine although the dehumidifier was loud for a few minutes after anyone had switched the light on, so probably best to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise when you sleep. Some noise from the street but not...

"STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "
