It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. "The house was fine. The kitchen utensils could use some updating. No steak knives, the skillets were in need of replacement and I bought a spatula to use on the teflon pans so as not to damage them. The cookie sheets were so bad we were afraid to use them. Little stuff in the whole scope of things, but they were necessities since we were there for a month."

"This house had everything we needed/wanted and more. The house has comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, loved that there were beach towels. We grilled steaks for dinner next to the pool.
