"We had a lovely week at this home in Naples Park. The house was pristine, comfortable, well organized, and in a great location. It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. "The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. "The house was fine. The kitchen utensils could use some updating. No steak knives, the skillets were in need of replacement and I bought a spatula to use on the teflon pans so as not to damage them. The cookie sheets were so bad we were afraid to use them. Little stuff in the whole scope of things, but they were necessities since we were there for a month."

"This house had everything we needed/wanted and more. The house has comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, loved that there were beach towels. We grilled steaks for dinner next to the pool. One person in our group required close proximity to Starbucks and it was close! We walked to the beach for sunset, we drove to beach, parked and took the trolley to the other end of the beach. "The house was the perfect size… not too small or too big. The fence in backyard was perfect for our two dogs who traveled with us. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We didn’t use the bikes, chairs or umbrellas but everything g was provided. Highly recommend it!"
