"We had a lovely week at this home in Naples Park. The house was pristine, comfortable, well organized, and in a great location. It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. The pool and spa were so relaxing, and there were even a bunch of beach accessories to use in the garage that made our trips to the beach with our kids a breeze. We hope to return in the future! "The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. "Overall this was a nice stay. The home is clean, renovated and comfortable. Could benefit from a new shower head but the water pressure was good and the pool was perfect temp and nice seating with the steps and water bench…also private with the fence and landscape.
