"The hotel was fine. It is extremely central to most usual tourist activities and worked really well in that regard. It has a weird entryway that you enter on the ground floor that is not the hotel and you go up a floor or so and then enter the hotel lobby. They have disposable plastic cups further wrapped in plastic instead of real drinking glasses. This was unusual and felt cheap. They have paper cups instead of real coffee cups which is less uncommon. Both of these felt eco unfriendly....

"We needed a place to stay downtown for three weeks and this worked out perfectly. From the moment we checked in the staff were attentive and contacted us throughout our stay to find out if we needed anything. We had a one-bedroom suite and while it could definitely use a face-lift, it was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the maid service checked with us every day to see if we needed service, even though it was only scheduled for every other day. "The tvs and the thermostat need to be updated asap. Elevators need to be update and fixed. There should be a kid friendly pool and an Adult pool! Room was very warm and muggy yet the thermostat said 65 and wouldnt go lower. Good location. But a BUNCH of kids. So take that into consideration. Rooms were clean"
