"Staff was friendly. My boyfriend and i stayed for two nights and I wish we booked it for longer. Our king sized bed was so comfy and the room was spacious. Would definitely come back for a getaway. The only down side was that we needed to pay $35 for a microwave to use during our stay, which we didn't. Usually hotels have microwaves in the room. That was the only upsetting part."
"My 2nd stay. Excellent accommodations in the middle of everything we love about Chicago. Ximena was Very Accomodating during check-in. As our only human contact during the stay, she is an amazing asset to the Hotel."

Great hotel, convenient location
"Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed 5 nights with my family while participating in the Old Town Art Fair. Full breakfast each day was good. Red line metro access is within a half block. Direct bus to Old Town (15 min ride) is around the block.Jewel Osco grocery store is across the street on Ohio & State. Lots of restaurants within a block. Area was safe for city. Have to have a room key to access the elevators to access room levels. Parking is valet only and is $79. Suggest booking parking at the 33 Ontario Garage that is right next to the hotel- $14 day parking, $33 overnight. The garage uses Park Chirp app. "
