Beautiful hotel, very accessible to the Ryman; however, surrounding area is loud. A white noise machine was provided in the room and this made all the difference.

Lovely hotel that’s close to everything. Because we were on a lower floor the nights were extremely noisy from the traffic outside. Next time we will request an upper floor. Rooms could use another trash receptacle also. Definitely would stay here again!

The staff at this hotel is top notch. The valet service is the fastest and best I’ve seen anywhere. Kelvin at front desk is great. Housekeepers r polite & efficient. Super convenient to all of downtown Nashville broadway and attractions. Rooms r spacious. Be aware of one side of hotel where they pressure wash streets at 4am in printers alley. My room was quiet. Love the electronic lights, shades

This was an excellent location for walking to the different areas of Nashville. The staff was super kind and helpful and did everything possible to make us comfortable. I'd highly recommend this spot.

Facilities were nice, we loved the ice bags, water spout close to our room. The main issue was noise from other guests and from outside. The sound machine was helpful but we needed to sleep with earplugs to try to get any sleep.

Great place near Broadway. We were able to walk down everyday and back. Only hang up was they gave us a handicap accessible room and the shower flooded the bathroom and we had to use our towels to clean it up. Ice maker on our floor didnt work either. John at the front desk is a rock star.
