Everything was good only ad should not claim near broadway as it is 17 blocks to reach activities. I stayed there to be within normal walking distance. Another surprise was the required valet parking 47 a night.

So much construction in and around the hotel. Parking is an additional $42 tax per night, $40 tax pet fee per night, breakfast was awful and housekeeping was on request. No hospitality!

Didn’t allow early check in on a Wednesday at 2:00. Kept saying no room was ready to all early guest instead of just saying they didn’t allow early check in. Then at 3 when multiple guest were waiting for their room they had a shift change with the staff. Our room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed. Staff never came by and updated towel, take out trash, nothing. Everyone was nice, a decent location, and decent breakfast but could have used a little more service all around.

We had to go through three rooms before we found one that was decent . The first one had water dripping from the ceiling . I told the girl at the front desk . She said let me find you another one . Not even a sorry about that .
