My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly as well. The room’s space is very well used and cozy. The restaurant and patio downstairs also look amazing, but I didn’t have a chance to try it. You can also leave your luggage in storage after check out so it’s very helpful if you want to explore the city so more. I will definitely rebook here if I revisit Montpellier!

We stayed in a family room and it was very quiet. We never heard anyone while we were in our room. We didn't eat at the downstairs restaurant but it seemed like a popular hangout area for others. The staff was very warm and welcoming and held ours bags after check-out.

The property itself is in a good location, however I paid for my room with hotels.com and then arriving at EKLO they told me that payment had not been taken and insisted I had to pay again, which I questioned but did, then when the payments had cleared in my bank both hotels.com and EKLO had taken payment, and hotels.com said that EKLO are refusing to refund me….. be aware DO NOT PAY THEM AT THE HOTEL

Problème d'eau chaude dans la douche le premier soir, j'ai dû me laver à l'évier après une longue journée dans un Salon... Deuxième soir, hâte de la douche après ma deuxième journée au Salon :). Une lettre de bonnes attentions et des bonbons m'attendaient. Très bien. Mais impossible de régler les températures extrêmement chaude ou froide, pas de middle... Je signale à nouveau et je ne fais pas de scandale ni mets de pression. La Responsable constate et consent donc pour ce gros désagrément (2 jours sans douche) de me faire un geste commercial. J'apprécie et passe à autre chose. Le lendemain matin, aucune instruction n'avait été laissé à l'accueil comme prévu et après quelques recherches on me dit finalement que je bénéficie de 20% sur mon prochain séjour. Je n'en reviens pas. L'impression de me faire piétiner. Je regrette fortement de l'avoir pris sur moi. Vraiment. 2 jours sans douche en Salon pro, imaginez.

Bon petit dejeuner avec des produits de tres bonne qualité, par contre lait et café froid dommage. Personnel tres accueillant et disponible. Le plus de cet hotel est vraiment le personnel. Merci a eux. Hôtel bien situé proche de tout. La possibilité de garer sa voirure dans le parking souterrain est vraiment bien. Les chambressont propres mais sont petites et tres mal insonorisées. Je vous conseille de demander les chambres loin des dortoirs sinon nuit blanche assurée.

The Best hostel I have stayed in my life ! Very new and stylish hotel. Staff are very kind and nice, very professional and do assist us very well include housekeeping personnel. Curtain at the pod shut the light so I didn’t get disturbed by sharing with others at all. Linens are clean, bathroom are clean, staff are nice and I am very happy for the choice I made . I will come back !!thank you so much !
