"Our stay was great and I apologise for using this platform against hotels.com but they have given me no choice. Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund of £1085.07 made not to my card that purchased...

"The bathrooms and showers were very clean so was the room I slept in When I arrived I was told I needed to buy a daily membership to the hostel which was not on the website or not very clear enough and I was told if I want to lock up my valuables I needed to supply my own lock ( of course they did offer to sell me one ) that was never stated on the website so I had to carry around my valuables with me wherever I went"

"I enjoyed the 3 queen suit. It worked perfect for my party. We asked for extra towels and the young lady brought them promptly with a smile even though she seemed to be the only employee at the time. The indoor pool was a plus, even though I personally would have liked it a tad warmer. My chief complaint is that there was not enough parking on the premises. Overall great place. "
