Horrific noise (room by pool, busy traffic/buses/truck noise until late at night. Little privacy. Staff provided inaccurate information re room and was extremely rude when I addressed during checkout. Neighborhood is fine, but this place didn’t feel safe. Parking is very limited and not guaranteed.

Stayed here for 3 nights parking garage is just nasty puddles everywhere. microwave in the lobby is crazy got charged $250 for the no smoking when we didn’t smoke. When I called them and told them about my card being charge amber said my room smelled heavy of cigarettes and marijuana. Amazed she didnt even ask for my name when I called what room is she talking about guess everyone getting charged for the no smoking fee for staying here. That $250 was for gas and food to get home in eureka now we are stranded in Monterey.

It was an uneventful stay. I was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a little weird to see the water puddles in the garage though, it didn’t rain, maybe something was leaking?

Clean hotel that is continentally allocated downtown within walking distance from the oceanfront. Plenty of dining options close by as well. Relatively quiet place at night. On-site parking included.

Property is situated near to Wharf, bars, restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and accomodation basic but clean. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Accommodation is a motel and I thought it was basic and rooms dark. Fine but not for me.
