LARGE VILLA WITH STUNNING OCEAN VIEW AND PRIVATE POOL

Seven Days in May

"The property was great. The property manager, Nuria was great and very helpful. Everything was clean and both bath and beach towels were provided. The home has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. One opportunity for improvement are the bedroom doors. They rub on the floor and some of them do not latch. A handyman could correct that easily. My only complaint is that there was construction work going on every day at the home next door. Some mornings they started at 5:30AM or 6AM, so a bit early for us. During the day it wasn’t an issue because we were gone most of the time. Overall, though, I really enjoyed our stay."

Pacifico TH204 - 3 Bedroom Townhome + Golf Cart!

"Leading up to the visit, sent a few questions which were answered promptly. A few days before arrival, we got the email with instructions. Got to the Pacifico, beautiful. Entry was smooth and the house is as described. There is construction being done door, but not disturbing in any way. Likely next year will have a new building. The house is 3 storey high. Main entrance w garage and 1 bedroom on lower floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and then the kitchen and living room is on the 3rd floor. All amenities are contained within including utensils, plates, fridge tv etc etc.. the #1 is the golf cart. If it wasnt for that, would be different story. Its awesome. The pool is across the street so super close. We have already booked for next year as we plan on returning. Highly recommended, hope the price doesnt go up as its awesome."

Oceanview 2-bedroom Condo at Pacifico Gated Community

"This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning."

"Great view and plenty of space for four adults that stayed. Pool area was great. There was a delay checking in but once we called Kattia she was helpful. She and the host seemed surprised by our booking which was done 6 weeks before the stay. Luckily it all worked out great."

Pacifico L607 - Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Convenient to everything

"We stayed 10 days. Took morning walks up the hill to find the howler monkeys and ended up finding 2 different groups. One of the groups had an infant with it so that was really fun to see. We used the “fun” pool numerous times during our stay and the water was always warm and clean. We could walk to just about anywhere, except Playa Ocotal, we took a cab. There are two grocery stores close by, but we preferred the Mega Super which is across the main drag from the property. As for the unit, it was very clean and well equipped, unless you like to cook…the knives are extra dull and the large frying pan needs to be replaced…but hey other than that the kitchen had every appliance or utensils you could need. About 3 or 4 days in we water dripping from a light in the master bathroom ceiling. I contacted Rich Coast and they were quick to respond. They weren’t too concerned so neither were we…Pura Vida, I guess. It was a little inconvenient as we couldn’t use the light as it was also connected to the light in the shower. Other than those few minor issues, our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again."
