This unique rental INCLUDES a 4-seater electric golf cart! PACIFICO Townhouse 204 is a stunning 3-level townhome set inside the resort-style community of PACIFICO.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host".  We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
-Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
-One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

This condo comes with a golf cart for your stay, but we can also assist with car rentals or private drivers. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

Leading up to the visit, sent a few questions which were answered promptly. A few days before arrival, we got the email with instructions. Got to the Pacifico, beautiful. Entry was smooth and the house is as described. There is construction being done door, but not disturbing in any way. Likely next year will have a new building. The house is 3 storey high. Main entrance w garage and 1 bedroom on lower floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and then the kitchen and living room is on the 3rd floor. All amenities are contained within including utensils, plates, fridge tv etc etc.. the #1 is the golf cart. If it wasnt for that, would be different story. Its awesome. The pool is across the street so super close. We have already booked for next year as we plan on returning. Highly recommended, hope the price doesnt go up as its awesome.

Lovely vacation
The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home. The beds were comfortable and had ceiling fans and full bathroom in each room. We could hear monkeys behind the townhouse through the night which was fun! The sunset views from the top floor patio were amazing. The golf cart was fabulous to drive around town to grocery stores, beach club, and restaurants. Rich Coast Vacations was extremely responsive and informative in helping get our transportation and excursions booked directly from the townhouse. Thank you for a vacation full of wonderful memories!

A wonderful place to experience
The accommodations were excellent, clean, and well stocked with kitchen items. We had ample room for all of us (4 adults and 2 children ). The golf cart as part of the suite was a major bonus. We used it every day and saved us a lot of time. Location is perfect with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The facilities themselves were great and we used them daily. The best part was the Rich Coast staff, they were responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. Jennifer and her name were amazing. I would highly recommend.

Another great trip to Coco
Quiet, nice property close to town. Communication with the property management was great. Had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. The complimentary golf cart is fantastic. You can get around town wherever you need to go. Pacifico is a great safe community with plenty of amenities!
