"I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to about this property. The owner was SUPER RESPONSIVE! He always answered my questions within minutes. The property is like a pool house in the back of im assuming his home but you wouldn’t have known anyone else was around. It’s super private and perfectly spaced for a couple. I was provided clean towels after a couple day, OH and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen was appropriately stocked, there’s no oven but an electric table top stove was...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!"

"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....
