"We stayed here for a wedding, and the property was beautiful. Jason was very responsive to our messages, and there's easy parking, but also an easy walk to the city-center so we sometimes just walked rather than deal with the hassle of finding parking near the bars. Would definitely recommend!"

"There was this freeze wheather that froze the water pipe. Within minutes the owner was down looking at it and came up with a solution. Beautiful, quiet, and private neighborhood. We had to walk in front entrance of the house to get to the apartment, which at first was a little uncomfortable but got used to it. The owners were very responsive to everything."

"Living area is bigger in person - beautifully decorated place! Nice finishes. Bedroom curtains are awesome for room darkening. Comfy bedding. Kitchen can seat 10 people. Great water pressure in the showers - shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Well lit exterior and lots of parking. Easy access to highway, UGA campus, and downtown. Pellegrino and cookies to welcome you are a nice touch. Hosts are VERY responsive. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Athens!"

"My family loved staying at this rental. We had some hiccups, but Montell made everything work out. We were in town for a wedding, and the rental accidentally was double booked. Montell handled it and made life easy for me and my family who were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have is to provide clearer instructions for location checkin and check out instructions. Overall, the value was great and communication was good."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!"

"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

"My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....
