"Well equipped, clean, well managed, and spatious appartment. The small balkony towards the backyard is nice but can only be accesses throuh one of the bedrooms. I would not recommend for more than 6-7 people as there is only one bathroom, and any extra people would have to sleep in the kitchen/living room. The location is directly next to one of Berlin's main train tracks. Especially with the windows open in summer, it is very noisy during all times of the day. The neighborhood is a bit ran down...

"Location is a bit out but a three minute walk to the metro including the direct S9 to the airport. The neighborhood is stunning and the river walk by the hotel is a gem. You are also 5 minutes from the beautiful Tier Garten park. Recommended."

"The apartment was in a great location, transport was easily accessed and the train network east to use. There was a fantastic bakery around the corner for coffee and pastries- take out/ sit in ( also sandwiches and dinner take away if you wanted) Beside that a great grocery store with all you want. In the other direction a lovely pizzeria Apartment was serviced mid way through our 6 day stay. All in all I would really recommend BenSimon apartments and if in Berlin will stay with them...

"Wir waren zum Seminar in Berlin und waren mit 2 Ehepaare in der großzügigen Wohnung. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles erforderliche vorhanden. Ein wenig irritierend ist beim buchen die Bezahlung, da muss man genau hinsehen wann man wo oder bei wem bezahlen muss, das könnte einfacher gestaltet werden, Ansonsten Top !"
