"Lots of room to entertain. The apartment furnishing need a little help. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware etc. We used the upper deck a lot but cushions were lacking. Plants and planters were in disrepair. However we would love to stay here again. The sunny Mission was true to its name. We walked everywhere with no problem. "Our group of age 50+ women had a wonderful stay here. Eric was easy to reach and communicate both ahead of and during our stay. Each of the 4 bedrooms has two beds in it which makes for easy bunking together. With the eat in kitchen, dining room, sitting room and lovely back yard/patio there were multiple places to gather and hang out. "I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"This is closer to a hostel with individual rooms. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is very basic, and does not have a/c. It was cool though, but I would have packed a small fan for air movement. Shared showers and bathrooms, which were also clean. I would recommend bringing ear plugs, as the walls are pretty thin. For the price, it was what expected."
