"The staff is AMAZEBALLS from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The manager man at the 3pm cocktail hour was rude beyond what you would expect. The rooms weren't the cleanest but the housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. They could really use more polishing in the room. We shouldn't be able to wipe dirt off dressers and end tables with a washcloth. However we will go back. Those little things didn't change how convenient and centrally located they are much less the awesome...

"Great stay. Quiet inside but could hear street traffic. Breakfast was very good. Although there were a lot of people in line for breakfast, they had a good system that got us seated quickly. Breakfast area is nice and big. Could not get temp in the room to fall below 68. Great for MSG events and Penn Station."

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Joey was wonderful as was the kind and chic hotel manager, Margaret Lis. Both of them made our trip much more enjoyable than we expected. Also, the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manhattan. "

"A great place for a first time visit to New York. While the rooms are basic and quite small, you spend such little time at your hotel it has very little impact. Great nights sleep each night and the staff were very friendly, including storing our luggage and offering providing us a car service to JFK airport heading home. The deposit required was $100 a night which while it is annoying it seems to be common in NYC and so it didn’t overly bother me. Debit cards take longer to be refunded and I...
