"This property is great. We have a big family and this hotel was one of the few that could accommodate us in one room. The rates aren’t cheap but they are reasonable. The hotel itself is cute and stylish in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and transitional in style. The staff is really friendly and the location is fantastic. "The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."
