"Nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Central (yet touristy) location 5 min walk to Bryant park. Loads of restaurants, cafes and subway lines right outside your door. Rooftop restaurant is very small. Food so so. It will do in a pinch. Front desk service was great. Oh the rooms are very small but that’s NY for you. We had room 707 with 2 queen beds. Hardly any room for luggage on the floor. It was very tight. If I had to stay in midtown again I’d choose this hotel again. "

"Location and property were fantastic! However, housekeeping was a bit off. We had just arrived and were changing clothes, and housekeeping let themselves into our room! No knock or anything....they just opened the door and proceeded to come in to look for something. Quite startling. The next morning we got a knock on our door at 6:30am from maintenance. They knocked until I answered the door (we were still sleeping), and said they were there to fix our shower door. They had the wrong room...
