The front desk staff is not great, they are not warm nor welcoming in general. BUT all of other staff were amazing, especially the team at the café. "Great location. Friendly and good staff. Bathroom is tiny. The sink is like a guest toilet half sink. Could be better designed to use the space. They only serviced the room once in 6 days and you HAVE to book that service. I don't think that's acceptable when you have a family of 4 sharing a room. There's no provision at all to hang 4 towels to dry so you end up drying off the next day with a slightly damp towel. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel but I guess it was ok value for what it was. "
