"The hotel was above our expectations. The check in was fast and easy. All the personnel was very friendly and attentive and almost everybody spoke english. The service on the restaurant has room for improvement, but the food was very good. They have a shuttle to the airport which is a plus. The tv's are not smart type, so no streaming is available. "The room keys did not work well. We had to swipe over and over for minutes until it felt like working. The staff was never at the reception when we tried to contact them about not receiving our bottle of wine and to ask for keys that worked. The security guards were excellent and made us feel safe. "

" A friend and I stayed at the Hotel Suite Amberes for 3 nights. Everyone was so welcoming and always ready to help with whatever we needed. It was a great location and having breakfast included was ideal. It is a little outdated but clean and well maintained. I will be staying there again on my next visit."

"It is a property in a great location for Mexico City. It is really a small apartment building (1960s?) with a B&B floor. The Family who runs it are great very nice people. It is kept exceptionally clean. It is spartan so don't expect a Hotel experience. Overall great location clean very nice staff."
