"Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. "

"This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly to my son, making the stay extra special. Additionally, they went above and beyond when I accidentally left our passports in the safe when we went to the airport...
