"I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

"My stay at the Luv Happy House was the perfect getaway for my birthday. The house looks exactly like it is listed which is so beautiful! I loved everything about this place nd the host was very responsive, even when i called her at 11:00pm because I had a hard time finding the place. She directed me until i got there, I will definitely stay here again."

"Was a nice stay. Clean and comfy. Both beds are comfortable and had nice pillows and blankets. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to cook and eat. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Has a smart tv so you can log into your own netflix account or tv apps. The neighborhood is interesting. Becky was very helpful. My son forgot his favorite stuffed animals and she let me know right after checkout and had them ready for me to grab quickly when I turned around. Thank you again Becky!"

"I was highly disappointed!!! The listing was not what it said it was! There were roaches in my room!! And the room was dirty!!! No towels! The bathroom light didn’t work!! So much dust ! The hallways smelled like cigarettes!! People coming in and out all night long!! And Travelocity did nothing to reimburse me! Was hung up on twice from customer service after calling crying for help! "We immediately fell in love with the property when we walking in and saw the panoramic view from the floor to ceiling windows! The weather wasn’t great for our trip, but thankfully the house was the perfect cozy escape from the rain. Our two dogs loved being close to the beach and the water. Great communication from the owner as well. Would definitely stay again (and hope for better weather) :)"

"We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down."
