“I was highly disappointed!!! The listing was not what it said it was! There were roaches in my room!! And the room was dirty!!! No towels! The bathroom light didn’t work!! So much dust ! The hallways smelled like cigarettes!! People coming in and out all night long!! And Travelocity did nothing to reimburse me! Was hung up on twice from customer service after calling crying for help! I didn’t have any funds to go anywhere else and was forced to stay here! I couldn’t sleep! Was extremely……

“We LOVED our stay here and plan to be back! Perfect cozy house by the beach. The deck is so nice and gives you so much extra space. Owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Steps down to the beach are fairly steep. I brought my arthritic 10 year old dog and she did good, but keep in mind for older dogs or anyone with stair issues. Parking is right next to the house which is so convenient. I honestly can’t think of any other amenities that would have made the trip better!”

“We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.”

“We spent a wonderful long weekend in this charming cottage, had perfect weather for our multiple outings to the beach, which is steps away as advertised! The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the neighborhood is outstanding! We will definitely be back!”

“House itself is very cool and stylish and comfortable in all areas. It’s early spring and the property yard and outdoor areas listed were not cleaned, wet and damaged or in unusable condition. Fortunately the windows clearly showed off the beautiful trees around the property from inside. Note the very large cleaning fee is not revealed on the listing.”

“This house was everything we imagined. Peaceful with a fire pit and wood and a very clean hot tub. Large gas grill for dinners. Large kitchen table for game playing and VERY comfortable beds. The hots Jo and James were outstanding. The town lost power very early in the morning and they were there to the recipe with a generator asap so our group could get ready for a funeral in the morning. Super convenient location! Very stocked with everything g we needed! Highly recommend this stay! Will be……

“My family and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Dunehaven! We wanted to visit Indiana State Dunes to experience a beach made from a natural lake. It was cold in May, but didn't stop of from enjoying the sun and sand. The hot tub was easy to use and firepit at night was needed after a long day. The home was clean, inviting and the beach was so close. Literally, it was just a two minute drive. I recommend getting out and exploring the road towards the Michigan state line. Michigan City is only thirty……

“From communication to accommodations it was tops. Weather was rough for 1 of the days , however, the house was so comfortable it wasn’t a bother. I would recommend this listing for anyone who would like a place to gather with family or friends.”

“The property was clean, spacious, and in a great area central to many attractions including the Dunes! Neighborhood felt extremely safe! There was 8 of us total (4 kids, 4 adults) and we never felt cramped. Robert was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again!”

“We traveled for a long weekend to attend our son’s state swim meet. It was 20 minutes from this house, but well worth the drive for our family. Nothing fancy, but we slept 8 people (4 adults, and 4 kids ages 6-), and we were able to bring our dogs, as well. It was great to have the safe fenced in backyard for the dogs and a pet friendly property. Joe was a very accommodating host, and was always available if we had a question (the WiFi had to be reset a few times). We would definitely recommend……

“We stayed here (10 adults) for my husbands 40th Birthday and it was perfect!! We had such a great time and the house literally feels like it fell out of Vegas; modern with elegant and fun decor! Between playing pool, street fighter and a few crashing early while watching tv in the theater chairs, everyone was taken care of. We had such a blast and Ashley was a phenomenal host. So accommodating and really fast responses. We are already talking about booking again once it gets warmer!”
