"My husband and I love staying here (our 2nd time). It's a beautifully decorated, clean and well-stocked property. It's in the best location, right in downtown Mendocino, with easy access to all the shops. The best part is the large, wraparound deck with views of the headlands and ocean. We spent most of our time on the deck. It's also easy to hike around and even go down to a small, but quiet beach. The owner is very accommodating and wants the guests to have fun. We'll definitely be back again,...

"Michell was wonderful at check in. We arrived late and she offered late check out which we loved. View is amazing! We enjoyed the tub and fireplace. Plenty of clean towels too."

"Cute and very clean cottages, comfortable and convenient with a nicely equipped kitchenette that allows for cooking if desired. The contactless check in is very easy, with code provided for the electronic door lock. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, providing extra towels and sundries, great job with cleanliness!! Will definitely come again."

"The hotel ground was very nice and serene. A lot of walking trails to walk around. Our room was secluded and quiet. It was facing the ocean and we had a balcony where we could hang out and watch the sunset. The minor things were that the table in our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and the heater took some time to heat up the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Easy check-in/check-out. Staff was friendly, though we did get some incorrect info about what restaurants were open. Room has a bit of a musty/old smell, but otherwise clean. The blankets are a bit thin (but there were extras available), and the towels a bit scratchy. Great location, and lovely view of sunset colors!"
