"Jon’s‘s place was pretty much exactly like he advertised it. A group of nine of us was very comfortable. The location was great and the house is lovely. The kitchen/living area and the roof deck are particularly nice. He advertises 12 people can sleep there which requires some airbeds and couches, but he is upfront about that Before you rent and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would definitely recommend it as a good place to stay at the beach in LA."

The marina is enchanting with regular visits from native wildlife and the condo is easy access to all the local sights and sounds and supplies making it a fantastic hub."

The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent"
