"Jon’s‘s place was pretty much exactly like he advertised it. A group of nine of us was very comfortable. The location was great and the house is lovely. The kitchen/living area and the roof deck are particularly nice. He advertises 12 people can sleep there which requires some airbeds and couches, but he is upfront about that Before you rent and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would definitely recommend it as a good place to stay at the beach in LA."

"Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful. The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent"

"Our 3 families of 12 people enjoyed the location, roominess, cleanliness of the condo. Tip: Backing into the parking spaces is easier in the narrow alley. A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances. Sure, some of the dressers are worn but the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed had a firm foam mattress. Kids liked the hotel type roll out twin mattresses.
