This was my second stay at this hotel and it’s extremely clean, modern, i love the new StarBucks they opened at the front entrance, it’s close to the Roberson Mall and staff always are friendly and genuine.

A Rose in a Throne Patch
Stayed here during two different sessions - enjoyed both times - the staff are great and have been very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and for printing visas for abroad. The facility is unique in having all that you need, including common facilities for cooking your own meals (roof top). The only complaint is the small (tight) bathroom - could have easily been resolved if the door opened outwards. The only drawback is that the area is down trodden (but slowly changing) as virtually everywhere in the Philippines.

GREAT IMPROVEMENT TO THE AREA
A very contemporary hotel with it's own niche and manner in how to provide it all for their tenants and residents. A variety of living types, efficient kitchenettes, great common facilities - making an improvement to the area which is dearly needed, which is the only "let down". Close to a nice shopping center, transit choices, secure property.

I stayed her for seven days and the staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and courteous. I had lost my iPhone and staff assisted me on their motorcycles to search for it. The cleaning staff comes by daily and was your dishes and completely clean your entire unit. There is the Robinson shopping mall about eight minute walk away which has plenty of restaurants and clothing stores. There are bars and the nightlife is vibrant. The rate of my hotel was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend and I’ll return again.
