"Our concert date changed abruptly but the staff accommodated us quickly and without penalty which we greatly appreciated. Such a convenient location to American Airlines Center. Hotel was recently updated and looks great. There are still signs of the hotels age, leaky faucets. But overall it was a great stay and would book again if we are in the area, great price. Parking was a great price too. "

"Hotel was very nice and staff was amazing. Only down side of staying here is, there is a large amount of homeless encampments across the street and pretty much every where you look from the property. They seem to hang around for the dumpsters, digging pillows and food out of there. I like to walk to where I’m going and have walked past them multiple times and besides the normal pandering, they weren’t an issue. But it’s not what you want to see or walk out to from your hotel. "
