Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time. "The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any...

"The location was easy to access bars, restaurants and museums. It is literally right next door to AAC and was easy to get to AT&T. Kayla was very responsive and the welcome snacks and bubbly was a nice touch. Be aware that the bed is on the softer side and does creak a bit which may be no bother to some."

It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group."

"Just what we needed! So much better than a hotel. Had everything for our 3 day weekend with two teenagers. Owner is kind and very responsive! Will definitely stay here again if back in Dallas!"

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

Great location across the street from AT&T Center and an easy walk to Kay Bailey Convention Center. Note that there are a significant amount of homeless people in the area. "
