"When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. ."

"Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across."

"We spent the weekend in this quaint little cottage style house and it was just perfect for our needs. It was secluded and quiet. But only 20 minutes to Wild Adventures! It has an eclectic charm about it. The host was so kind and responsive. Internet service was great too!"
