“Place was above our expectations, most “road side” in the middle of nowhere hotels are questionable but it was really good. We didn’t eat but even the breakfast was good. My only complaint is the water machine was turned off after breakfast and there’s no fountains. ”

I love that there are many dining options close by, as well as a walmart. This is my number one choice when visiting Live Oak.”

“When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .”

“Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.”
