"The farmhouse was very clean, beautifully decorated and truly welcoming! We spent many hours on the rocking chairs on the back porch looking at the beautiful mountains. There were homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived which were delicious. We had a very nice visit in Luray. So glad we picked this rental."

"Property was great when we were there, the only thing that was a bummer was I think the pool pump was back flushing in the middle of the night. I think it was on a timer At 2:30 am and ran for a long time and we had to shut the windows because of the noise of running water. Also most mornings at 6:00 the pool was being filled on a timer and the pump ran for at least 4 hours at a time, so there was not much water pressure so couldn’t take a morning shower. "The views from the property are amazing. The location on the river for fishing and kayaking was convenient. Very responsive owner when issues arose, he brought new grill and coffeemaker during our stay. The house is a 20 minute drive from Luray. While the inside was clean the outside is in need of some TLC, especially the porch screens."

"Check in was super easy. Got there and settled and sat in the chairs on the deck for a while. It stormed that night which was really cool to watch with the huge windows on the front. Storm came right in over the deck. Place was really nice and peaceful. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on a couple lights and the ceiling fan was a little bit of a pain to deal with but other than that absolutely awesome. Fiancé asked if we could start coming out to this place more so we will definitely be back!"
