Great Gathering Spot
This property is more a gathering spot than a bunkhouse. It's two potentially separate (lock-off) living areas. If you have old knees, take the downstairs unit. Each unit has a full kitchen. Kitchens are well stocked and provisioned with the basics (coffee, tea, oil, spices, etc) There are spacious living/dining great rooms in both. With comfy beds and good pillows, what more could you want?

One of the best places in Long Beach
I can’t recommend this house enough. Tucked under the blanket of tall trees, little away from the main road, you will admire this beautiful house. This house has its own private access to beach which is just under 10 mins of walk. It has full kitchen on both the floors, loaded with almost like new appliances, to make your journey as comfortable as possible. You will enjoy this place!

Premier Long Beach Property
We were extremely pleased with the home. Very private and access (via a 5 minute walk) to the beach, but really nice to have a view of the ocean from the top floor. Very comfortable for all 12 of us, and the property owners are obviously very conscientious , thinking of many small but nice add-ons. Great wifi and tech is up-to-date. I would love to stay here again and would recommend to others.

We had a blast at rod run this weekend and the house was great! We had a little issue but the owner Leann was really helpful. We are business owners and to see the customer service the owner provides makes me feel privileged to stay here. We didn’t expect that kind of treatment but the world still has great people like Leann. Make sure to stay here it’ll be worth every penny.

We loved our stay here. The house was extremely well stocked including pots, pans, spices and everything you would need for a stay. The location is also awesome. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we originally thought but once you do it once, it seems short.

We loved the house and location! Not far from Long Beach and Astoria. Plenty of room, clean.
We were on family fishing trip, 12 members, 8 adults, a 14 yrs, two 13 yrs and one 7 yrs. There was a bed for everyone with extras, if we needed. Great location and all amenities we needed. Beautiful home and very spacious. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and well stocked except it could have used a few more than 3 beach chairs. Evolve was horrible to deal with. Hours spent trying to resolve a large overcharge and then once resolved they went back to attempt to overcharge again! The house is about 3 long blocks from the ocean which should have been better disclosed.

The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs for the four families involved. The house was so well supplied with every kitchen tool and item we needed. My only comment was it was a little further of a walk to the ocean than I expected, but the path was mowed and well kept. Over all an excellent experience!

The property was great for our family of 9. Upstairs and lower level are both well equipped with kitchens/entertainment space, etc. so it provides good opportunity for the kids to to play and give the adults some quiet space. Kitchens were well stocked with spices, cookware, etc. Large supply of K cups for the coffees makers was a pleasant surprise. Ocean view is a bit more limited than expected but there is very easy driving access to the beach ( driving on the beach was a big hit with the kids). The neighborhood deer were also fun to watch. Overall, great 5 day stay.

We all had such a good time. The house was large enough for 12 people. It was so well stocked with everything you could want. The path to the beach was flooded but it is just a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. I know the owners can't control the weather but it was perfect. 60 on Saturday.
