"One of the best neighborhoods in Chicago within walking distance of the zoo, park and lake with a large choice of places to eat and drink. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. The only downside is there no elevator. We will definitely rent here again."

"The Neighborhood Hotel was the perfect location for our visit to Chicago. No hassles of a downtown hotel and located in the perfect neighborhood. Walk out your door to amazing restaurants and shopping. Convenient to Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park. The 2 bedroom provided great space for our family of 4 to relax. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Highly recommend!"

"This apartment was walking distance to several locations. We walked to the Zoo, the Nature museum and the Lake. Also steps from a Target and Starbucks. Wonderful restaurants close by along with a Trader Joe’s. There were also clothing stores close by and a hot dog stand next to our building. For the busy location it was really quiet at night."

"Marco welcomed us in person, gave us a tour and was easily available via text to answer our questions. The townhouse is very close to the red line subway. Another elevated line runs behind the house and we were a bit concerned about possible noise, but passing trains just manifest as a faint rumble from inside the house. The house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped for cooking. For us, the highlight was the 3rd floor deck off the primary bedroom. It was just...
