"The apartment was clean and neat. It felt like a secluded retreat from the world.(although you can hear I-81a little in the otherwise quiet surroundings) The bed, sheets and pillows were the softest I’ve ever slept on. I will definitely consider this location if I come to the area again."

"Thierry and Jessica were phenomenal hosts. This B&B is a perfect spot in the Shenandoah Valley. My wife and I enjoyed the amenities and the hospitality. Very easy walk to downtown Lexington which has numerous shops and dining options, plus the history of two great collegiate institutions and the legendary Stonewall Jackson. We loved every minute here and are excited to return again in the future. Merci!"

"We had a great stay. Front desk staff was great and very helpful. No hot water for tea when we arrived but she happily went and got it and then later my husband went down to ask about a pharmacy close by and they helped with that as well. Very clean hotel and super convenient. This was our 2nd stay here but it won’t be the last. "

"The property is in a great location with a great view. The place was as clean as you'd expect; I think mostly from age and not necessarily from lack of effort. It smelled clean, except the elevators. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was "meh", but they at least made the effort. I'd stay again! "

"People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "
