"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. From the beginning, Antonio and Sabrina were warm, welcoming, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. They were prompt with replies and always able to accommodate requests. "This property was not convenient to all that we wanted to see in Rome. The house was not well stocked. There was no laundry detergent, limited rolls of toilet paper, limited amount of towels. and truly pitiful bed pillows Uber or taxi expenses were large."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! I was a little nervous because I don’t think it had any reviews, but so glad we picked this place. The neighborhood was perfect, equal distance between Colosseum and Vatican. Very close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere for dinners. "The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. On return he waived the deposit and over the next 2/3 days fixed the plumbing and boiler. The kitchen is not adequate for a large number of people. Equipment is extremely...

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"
