"We didn't know what to expect but it is a beautiful facility. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during our stay but the room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but we did like that it had very comfortable furniture. Probably the star of the property is the garden, pool area. I really liked how much space there was to visit, play corn hole and grill."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland."

The main problem was a broken combination door lock which was remedied on the second day by giving us keys. Until then it was hit or miss, mostly miss, on trying to get in the unit. "Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping.
