"My girlfriends and I decided to go away for the weekend to relax and reconnect and Chateau Bernina delivered. First of all, check in is seamless! I never met the owner and I had a question for Michael and he responded immediately..very impressive response!! The Chateau was clean and the home was equipped with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were all comfy. The jets for the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna...

"We had a lovely time staying at this location. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. 20 ladies stayed for three nights. One thing to note is there could be better supplies in the kitchen such as more dish towels and scrub sponges for doing dishes. Other than that, we had no complaints. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and each room was nicely decorated. Thank you!"

"Nice house, but the steep driveway was a huge problem for us. Our minivan got scratched up on the left back bumper and front bottom bumper because of the narrowness and extreme steepness of the driveway. It is really not meant for a large heavy vehicle. There was a metal stand standing in the driveway in front of the car that got blown over in the wind and hit the front bumper overnight. I will have to bring my van to the auto body shop. "My family and I spent the weekend at this beautiful A frame and absolutely loved it! The interior design is modern but very inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub, great record selection, and the family room downstairs. The house is also not too far from some restaurants and a grocery store making it easy to run out quick and grab something."

"Very nice house and was just like the pictures. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because the house cleaners didn’t take the trash from the previous guests and they didn’t restock the house with sufficient paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with standard utensils like a whisk, baking sheet pans, etc. Otherwise, the house was just like it was pictured, lots of space and customer service was great!"

"My family loved everything about our stay. The fireplace and patio (with a wonderful view of the pines) where some of the most frequented spaces in the home. The bedrooms comfortable and the bathrooms were well designed. The kitchen was stocked with spices, detergent, paper towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We cooked everyday and found the ease of it pleasing. We found the facilities to be modern with a timeless charm. The proximity to Lake Arrowhead Village was also a major highlight....

"The view from the house was excellent. However, you must be in very good condition because it sure is a lot steps getting down to the house and in the the house. There’s a Keurig coffee machine they should list that in the property listing. The king size beds were extremely comfortable."

"Our stay was amazing! The place is exactly as described and the host Jon was so communicative, we had everything we needed well before arrival. The beds are super comfortable, multiple areas to hang out around the house. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this spot for a group of friends or a couple of families."

"This is a clean and modern house with 3 levels and 4 bedrooms. Very easy access to the Village. The narrow road is a little confusing to get to so follow the directions they send you…. Google maps will get you lost. I stayed here with my small family and in-laws, including a 72 year old and a 5 and 16 year old.
