“Pros: - very friendly staff - very comfy beds & pillows - plenty of parking spaces near rooms - complimentary breakfast with lots of options Cons: - terrible wifi, doesn’t even work and the office didn’t bother to do much about it - dirty carpet in room. dust & debris, spiders & earwig found in room - sinks & tub clogged. they fill up with water after 20 seconds of use, toilet has a very weak flush and clogged a couple times during our stay”

“We arrived very late Thursday night due to a house plumbing problem and wanted someplace close to our home. I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us. “花园式的酒店，有温馨的感觉，前台服务人员很好很亲切，可是，酒店的床单和被罩让我恶心了一晚上，似乎是没换过的，有毛发，床单旧，没有折痕，是之前人用过的，因为太晚淋浴完上床前才发现。”
