"By far the best VRBO our family has rented! Super clean property, super white towels and sheets, property is nicer than the pictures. My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! "This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time ."

"My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. "We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. "We loved our stay at the Outrigger. Most renovations were done, nearly everything we saw was new, including our incredible ocean view room. While there are only two dining options right now, both were great. The pool/slide/waterfalls were fantastic. Occupancy seemed a bit low, so no waiting for anything and we could take our pick for the best spots at the pool. Manta viewing from the hotel at night was great and we also did the night snorkel tour with manta rays (walking distance from hotel) - was incredible!!"
