"My 2nd year and 4th visit to Hip Nautical. Even with some rain, wind, as well as beautiful sunny days, the ocean view from the deck, screened-in porch and sitting area inside was always amazing. Well stocked house and also free Netflix makes for great movie watching on rainy days. Quick response always from owner with any questions. Counting days already to my September trip.
