“My 2nd year and 4th visit to Hip Nautical. Even with some rain, wind, as well as beautiful sunny days, the ocean view from the deck, screened-in porch and sitting area inside was always amazing. Well stocked house and also free Netflix makes for great movie watching on rainy days. Quick response always from owner with any questions. Counting days already to my September trip. “Lovely condo in a great location with a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and very clean. My only cons were the bed was a little too soft and noisy for my comfort and there was barely enough toilet paper for the first day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit Duck again.”

“The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. The bicycles (4) that were listed for our use all had flat tires. One tire even came off the rim when we tried to move the bike. The bike pump that was provided did not work. That was a disappointment, because we would have enjoyed biking in the area. The appliances could use a bit of an update too.”

“Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in.”

“Perfect place to watch the sunrise and super close to beach access and restaurants but…make sure you bring your own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid and sponge. The burrs were pretty bad too, especially in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay though and would go back again.”

“We enjoyed the stay at Sea Dunes. We experienced an issue with the first place we rented a couple days before traveling there. The owner had a pipe burst and her rental was unlivable but she contacted us immediately and had found another rental just 4 doors away from hers. The owner quickly ensured we had another place to stay while her place D2 was going to be repaired.The owner made all the arrangements for us to get in touch with the new owner in D6. One we contacted new owner and she……
