“Our only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. The scrambled eggs were poorly prepared, the only bread was white and raisin (no whole wheat, rolls or bagels). The empty tables were dirty. No danish or other breakfast cake other than muffins.The breakfast was not nearly up to snuff with other competitive hotels.”

“The room was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Ac worked FABULOUS, I like to sleep cold. Big walk-in closet and big roomie bathroom. Breakfast was good the lobby was large, clean had lots of seating. ”

“If you are looking for a hotel while you have a dr apt at CHOP (King if Prussia) this one is it... CHOP is right across the street. The staff at this hotel is def a 10 out 10. I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional. “The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.”

“First stayed in a suite, which was ample space and extremely comfortable. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!”
