"Highly recommended for a quick get away "

"This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

"We really enjoyed the property and the area. It’s in a perfect spot with a variety of different food options all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Only downside was there’s no WiFi connect but you need that to operate the tv so I had to pay for 1 month of Xfin!ty. Other than that everything is right there for you to enjoy perfect “home away from home”."

"We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

"Great little spot in the heart of the city. The only real complaints were the floor was dirty, the toilet in the main bathroom leaked a little water whenever you sat on it, and the clothes washer handle felt like it would come off at any moment. Also the lounge was very convenient but not well stocked and the main TV in there didn't work. Overall these didn't have a major impact on our stay and the place fit us well. "A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done."

"Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed.
