My first time visiting Key West and I am glad it was at Ridley House. The staff was excellent. Craig (Concierge), Andrew (Chef) were outstanding in every aspect. Every request, even though we did not have many, were attended to in a friendly, professional, timely and personable manor. The room was exemplary. Towels could have been newer. Bed linens were clean but new towels (replaced daily) would be a great upgrade. The property is safe and the location was quiet, and truthfully, perfect. The property is gorgeous and stays with the historic feel (with modern touches) of old Key West. I would absolutely return without hesitation. Andrew the chef was amazing, and I am a food snob for the record. Craigs knowledge of the area and, sense of humor made every day a positive experience. Thank you Ridley House and the awesome staff for a memorable and peaceful stay.

Ridley House proved to be an excellent choice given our first stay. The location is super convenient to most popular restaurants and activities. Property was well staffed and maintained. Their morning breakfast Chef made the whole experience five star! The gypsy chickens that frequent the local streets are the perfect metaphor for Key West -– historic, colorful, sort of wild, a little noisy and occasionally annoying. Overall a fantastic 6-day vacation stay 🙌

Great place to stay. Only downfall was air conditioning. Couldn’t get the room cood. It would stay cool but not cold. Not sure how it’s gonna keep up in the summer months.

Breakfast every day was excellent. Chef couldn't have been more accomodsting. You can't beat the location. It's less than a 5 minute walk to everything. The pool was so relaxing and just the right temperature. We will definitely be back .
