"This hotel was amazing. We had a slight check in snafu that was dealt with quickly, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly gracious and helpful the whole time we were there. We loved the ambiance of the hotel and our awesome suite felt like a Victorian apartment. Housekeeping was wonderful too. Great pool surrounded by lush garden, rental bikes, private porch for sitting. The amenities and grounds were incredible. Everything in Key West is expensive so we thought this was a great value...

Not a problem for us but there is no lift/elevator, they offered to take our bags to our room which was on the top floor (UK 2nd/US 3rd). "This place is amazing! It's like an oasis in the middle of the city. Lots of greenery around the pool and eating area. The room we had was small, but I understand that there were others that were larger. It had a cottage feel. The breakfast and afternoon tea were very outstanding. There were extra touches, like towels on each lounge chair and suntan products for your use there by the pool. And you are only one block from Duvall Street. You really felt like you were on vacation! "
