"It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied....."

"Overall our stay was good. Location was great. Right on the beach over the dune with a private walk way. Close to restaurants/bars with live music and a convenience store, beach shops and rentals, mini golf and a kids playground all in walking distance. It is also just a short drive do the downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. The property is well prepared for guests and we'll stocked. It is clear the owner wants guests to enjoy their stay. That said, the cleaning service left something...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

I enjoyed the pool/spa and with the beach access a short walk away I got to enjoy the sand and sun also. All the furniture was so comfortable. The stay was worth every penny!"

Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. I highly recommend this townhome for any one wanting to be close to the beach and other places of interest where you can have a short walk to get to wherever you want to go...

"We decided to have a sister’s weekend and attend the Shrimp Festival. We had an amazing time. The view from the rooms to the ocean was amazing. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and at dark sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plan to come back every year!"

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
