"The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!"

"We absolutely loved the place! The kids didn’t want to leave, they had so many rooms to explore and enjoyed just lounging around and relaxing. The house is beautiful, huge and was very clean! We were provided plenty of towels and soap. The kitchen also provided everything we needed to cook a meal. We would definitely love to stay again in the near future!"

"12 of our family stayed, 8 adults and 4 under 18. The house was safe in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The back room was so peaceful! The electricity went off in the neighborhood while there but this was no fault of the owner's, she was quick to respond and it wasn't off long. Grateful for a relaxing home to borrow for a few days! Plan to return again!"

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood near NAS JAX. You can trust the pictures - the rooms and amenities are exactly as represented. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals but could benefit by the addition of serving bowls, a pitcher and BBQ utensils. We appreciated that the hosts respected our space and asked permission to access the property while were visiting."

"The property was located in a nice townhouse community near I-10, but the area surrounding it was not the best. Very industrial. The property was updated and nice inside. We had issues with the door code, but the owner resolved it without issue. Master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for the guest who slept on it, but the other beds were fine (one was missing a top sheet). We were attending an event at Everbank Stadium and it was conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away."

"Modern apartment that was very clean and comfortable. It had modern, nice appliances, was decorated very nice. We were there during the week…it was very quiet. The yard and grounds were very clean and well kept. The yard and driveway was well lit at night, so we felt our car was safe and we felt safe. The entire property was fenced in and well lit with motion lights at night. I would recommend this property and rent from them again."

"Property was just perfect for a weekend with 3 friends…clean, with everything you need for a visit…didn’t get a chance to use the outside pizza oven but wanted to! Perfect walking location to restaurants and shops…easy access to all things Jax and short ride to St Augustine."

"Nice neighborhood, clean house! house is great for babies and toddlers. Has a crib and bassinet, bouncy seat, floor toys for babies and many toys for toddlers. Even had a child lock on the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. House was well stocked with all the soaps and paper items one typically uses. They kindly provided a few snacks, tea and coffee. We were only there one night so we didn’t fully utilize the kitchen to know how well stocked it was, definitely had plenty of plates and...

"The house was well decorated and plenty of room. Note, only 1 full bath. We made it work with 6 of us. Make sure to fully read description. House is older so A/C didn't cool well. Host added window and standing units which was nice. Neughborhood is.....not the greatest."

"My wife needed to visit the Mayo Clinic for testing, and we wanted to bring our dogs and this place was perfect for them. Fenced in back yard and very nice interior. I would recommend this place for sure."

"This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...
